The day will be dedicated to a unique, authentic Ligurian experience... You’ll discover the local “green gold”, the extra-virgin olive oil DOP Riviera Ligure – Riviera dei Fiori (i.e. PDO, protected designation of origin), and the Taggiasca olive, the queen among olives.
You’ll see olive trees holding up the dry stone walls and you’ll visit an enchanting village.
Our local expert will illustrate the features of extra virgin olive oil DOP Riviera Ligure Riviera dei Fiori and you will enjoy an in-depth guided oil tasting.
You’ll meet the families that have been growing olive trees and producing olive oil for generations, and you’ll savour the ancient and natural taste of local traditions.
The experience includes a typical Ligurian brunch (tasting local specialties and Ligurian DOC wines) among olive groves and local kitchen gardens.
