The history of Hotel Nazionale goes back over a century: it opened in 1914 and has always been one of the preferred hotels for artists performing at the Sanremo Festival over the years.
The hotel was acquired in 1971 by the Fumagalli family, after being closed for many years, and later taken over by Michelangelo Rivoira, who renovated the property before reopening it in 1972.
Over time, the property has seen various directors, until it came under the current, two-decade-long management of Christian Feliciotto, a skilled entrepreneur who has taken the reins of Hotel Nazionale, steadily increasing its fame and prestige.
